Error Message

The following events will appear in the event logs for the item:

Event ID: 29010 A problem was encountered while processing a saveset in the Storage queue.

Event ID: 29058 Failed to process an item from the Storage Queue. The item has been moved into the Storage Queue's failed items folder. 
Do not delete the item because it may be useful to Veritas support in helping you recover from this failure. 
Look in the event log for other entries that give information about the cause of the failure.

This issue is currently under investigation. 

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software.
