Workaround:
1.Backup mail template, default is: ev_mail12.ntf
2.Open and login into HCL Designer;
3.Expand File-Application-Open, select the mail template and click open;
4.Then expand the code- Script Libraries,
5.Double-click EVClient;
6.Select "EVLaunchDocument"under Objects;
7.Find 'Call uiws. EditDocument (False, EVRedirNote)' in "EVLaunchDocument"
8.Add "Call uiws. SettargetFrame (" ")" above this line , like the following picture, then save :
9.Replace user's email template and test access to archived emails in HCL12.0.2 .
Cause
This issue can occur when using an unsupported (DMS) with an Enterprise Vault customized template.
Issue/Introduction
When using an in-house Document Management System (DMS) developed in HCL Domino, users receive an “Expression out of range” error when attempting to open an archived item in HCL notes 12.0.2.
