Cause
There were some changes to custom roles in eDP version 10.2.5 in regards to security. Therefore, all newer versions also have these changes.
Resolution
1. Log into eDP as a user with a System Manager role
2. Go to System->Users-> Roles tab
3. Open the custom role that is assigned to the user having the issue
4. Scroll down to the section called Case Administration Rights
5. Change the drop down list from All case admin rights to Custom case admin rights
6. Click Save button to save the role
7. Have the user logout, login, and then retry adding the source folder location.
Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to eDiscovery Platform version 10.2.5 or newer, a user tries to add a new case folder source under Sources & Pre-Processing and clicking the Browse button for Source Directory, the Directory Browser dialog window does not display locations to choose from.
