Error Message

There are no error messages. However, messages similar to the following may appear in the logs. 

MicrosoftTeams.MicrosoftTeamsManager - 0 out of 0 new messages found in 'Data' are unique chat conversations.

 

Cause

This issue occurs when using the 'Microsoft Teams Connector' which has been deprecated and is no longer supported. 

 

Resolution

Check the logs to see which connector is being used. 

[Importer] INFO  Merge1.Core.Importer - Saving Report Statistics in DB for Session 249008 and Microsoft Teams Connector.

If the 'Microsoft Teams Connector' is being used then configure one of the following to capture Teams chat conversations. 

  • Microsoft Teams via Export API Connector
  • Microsoft Teams via WebHooks

 

Issue/Introduction

Microsoft Teams Connector does not capture chat history. Meetings and calls may be captured successfully.
