The Job Log will show an error similar to the following:

Review of the log files referred to in the Job Log error will show an error similar to the following:
Caused by: com.teneo.esa.imports.ImportException: [#560200] Format incorrect: Prefix incorrect for BatesNumber SB-VTAS-00010002. Current Prefix: 'SB-VTAS-00000000' Suffix: ''
This issue can occur when an export is created as an LFI using Bates numbers. Then then the LFI is attempted to be discovered in eDiscovery Platform and the Identifiers prefix is changed to an incorrect Prefix value is specified for the Identifiers>Prefix.
Ensure the BatesNumber format in the Identifier tab has the correct format.
The above example used to import included an incorrect 8-digit BatesNumer Prefix, SB-VTAS-00000000, Prefix value (See Figure 1).
