The issue is under investigation.

Resolution

After successfully processing a case folder, the status appears to be successful. See Figure 1.

From Analysis & Review, all items are reviewable. When examining the exception report under Processing>Exception>File Notice reports, there is a high number of embedded documents failed. When selecting "Check for embedded document failed" under the File Notices tab, it lists details of the documents in question. To see the complete list, these documents can be exported using the Export>Export Current List to .CSV. See example in Figure 2

There are various reasons these issues can occur. 

This issue is presently under investigation by our Engineering Team. Depending on the results of this investigation, it may be addressed through a patch or hotfix in current or future software releases. However, this specific issue is not currently scheduled for inclusion in any upcoming release. If this issue has a significant business impact on your continued use of the product, please contact your Sales representative or the Sales team to discuss your concerns.
