Cause
This issue had been previously reported in an earlier version (12.5) and was resolved in a subsequent update (12.5.3). However, the issue reappeared in version 14.5.2, necessitating further investigation and resolution.
Resolution
As the issue is not seen in the Supervision/Surveillance UI and the CA Client has been deprecated in versions 15.0 and newer, no further action is required.
Please contact Technical Support to address the issue in CA Client version 14.5.2,
Issue/Introduction
Users encountered an issue where the time stamps on hits were inconsistent between the Review pane and the actual item in Enterprise Vault (EV) Compliance Accelerator (CA) version 14.5.2. This issue is only seen in the CA Client. It is not seen in the Supervision/Surveillance UI.
