The following is seen in the Configuration Wizard:
Operation has timed out
The following may show in the Portal log found in C:\ProgramData\Veritas Merge1\Logs\Portal by default when set to Trace level:
TRACE RequestLoggingBehavior`2 - [ERROR] TestFtpConnectionCommand [3282dea6] Failed to process the request. Exception = System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.TimeoutException: Command timed out.
Cause
This issue can be caused by the Merge1 Agent service being set to Local System as the Log On As account.
Resolution
The agent service should be configured to use the Merge1 service account. Please refer to the Related articles section for more details.
Issue/Introduction
When configuring an importer to use SFTP/FTP connect the TEST CONNECTION may return this error.
