The reason it failed to upgrade is because FontAwesome file is being used by another process. See Figure 1.

1. Restart the server.
2. Rename the fonts folder: D:\CW\V103\web\app\help\Veritas Clearwell Help\Reports\Assets\font-awesome\fonts\ to D:\CW\V103\web\app\help\Veritas Clearwell Help\Reports\Assets\font-awesome\fonts_bak.
3. Re-run the eDP 10.3.1 upgrade.
