Cause

These errors are typically caused by the listed CaseIDs not being present in the Customer database and having entries in the Analytics tables in the Configuration database.

 

Resolution

1. Please obtain the ConfigurationDBReport from the DA Configuration database and the CustomerDBReport from each DA Customer database. These Reports are available in the Related articles section below.

2. Please contact Technical Support for assistance and provide these Reports for review.

 

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to upgrade an Enterprise Vault (EV) Discovery Accelerator (DA) Customer database fails with the error listed below for one or more CaseIDs. The same error is listed in a DTrace of the AcceleratorManager process and in the Enterprise Vault Event Logs on the DA server as Event ID 59 and Event ID 64.
