ERROR:[#10006] Scheduled task : Already open ocr run pending - Please ensure previous batch is complete before submitting another job.

Cause

Previous job wasn't completed.

Resolution

To identify the Batch that wasn't completed properly:
1. From All Cases, select the case in question.
2. Click on the Processing tab, then the Processing Status tab.
3. Under the Batch Processing Status, identify the Batch name: 
4. If there's anything listed other than the current job, make sure that batch is completed first by re-running the post processing job against it.
Noted: Occasionally, the batch was already processed, but somehow still listed there. In this case, re-run the post processing on that batch one more time since it could have been stuck and didn't quite finish in the previous attempt.

To re-run the post processing:
1. Select the Sources & Pre-Processing tab from the case in question.
2. From the Manage Sources tab, check the box next to the Batch Name: identified earlier in Step #3.
3. At the bottom left, click on the drop-down menu and select Rerun Post-Processing.
4. Click on Go to start the process.
5. Once complete, try re-processing the new data set again.
