Cause
The "From field" was empty in the EML's, citing which the Merge1 importer job keeps failing.
Resolution
The behavior is expected as the messages without a valid From field cannot be processed and will be dumped to the quarantine folder. The From field can be added to such emails manually to reprocess these messages by moving them into the source folder again.
