When the "Help" folder is manually copied from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVClient\Languages\de\Help
to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVClient\x64\Languages\de\Help
The "Help" add-in launches successfully from Outlook without issues.
The EV client trace logs show that CValkyrie::GetLanguageSubdirList searches for the "Languages" folder in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVClient\x64\Languages*.
CValkyrie::GetLanguageSubdirList
Language sub-directory pattern: C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVClient\x64\Languages*
Language sub-directory found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVClient\x64\Languages\de
Language sub-directory found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\EVClient\x64\Languages\en
It is noticed that the "Help" folder is missing in this path, which causes this issue. The directory only contains the "Forms" and "Resources" folders.
Note: The "Help" folder (containing EVUser_full with the HTML page for the add-in) is required to load the help content.
