This issue has been addressed in Enteprise Vault Release Update 15.1.3, 15.2.1, and all later versions of Enterprise Vault
Issue/Introduction
When running the Set-EVServiceAccountPassword EV PowerShell cmdlet or the SetEVServiceAccountPassword.ps1 PAM integration PowerShell script, it fails, causing the password not to be updated on some File System Archiving (FSA) targets. In the case of running the ps1 script, the failure prevents the script from restarting the EV services after the password rotation.
