When all items are unviewable via Native View after a successful processing or collection even though snippet and text views are viewable, the likely cause is PrizmDoc state is disabled (See Figure 1).
Enable PrizmDoc service on the server/CaseHome in question.
To enable PrizmDoc service:1. From the UI, go to System>Support Features.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Imaging Tools Management.
3. Next to the Choose an Appliance field, if using a Distributed Architecture (DA) environment, select the server in question; otherwise, the server should already be selected.
4. Next to the Options field, select SERVICE STAT or CAPACITY_LOG.
5. Make sure the STATE is not Disabled (See Figure 2 and Figure 3).
6. If it's disabled, enable it by selecting the ENABLE_SERVICE and click on the Submit button (See Figure 4).
7. From the Appliances>Appliance Roles, make sure the Document Imaging and Document Retrieval are selected (See Figure 5).
8. Go back to the Analysis & Review tab and try viewing items in Native Mode again.
