Steps to Login and Access Serial Numbers

1. Access the Support Portal – https://supportenterprisevault.cloud.com/

2. Enter Email Address - On the login screen, enter your registered email address to begin the login process.

3. Email Notification - Once the email ID is submitted, the customer receives an email from  no-reply@auth.enterprisevault.com

4. Access Secure Login Link - Open the email and click on the secure login link provided.

5. Automatic Login - Clicking the link will automatically redirect you and log you into the Enterprise Vault Customer Portal.

6. Navigate to Entitlements -  Once logged in:

  • Hover over the Support menu
  • Click on My Entitlements

7. View Serial Numbers - In the My Entitlements section, you will be able to view all serial numbers associated with your account.
